Kim Cook - Client Service Manager & Executive Assistant to Managing Partner
Kim Cook joined the SBDP team in 2023 as a Client Service Manager, where she served as the client point of contact for document requests, deliverables, scheduling, and client database management. She used her skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet expectations.
In 2024, Kim was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, recognizing her dedication, organizational expertise, and exceptional client service.
Kim has previous experience working in the mortgage service industry, where she managed and performed mortgage servicing. She has also worked with and volunteered her time to various non-profits and charities.
In her free time, Kim spends time with family and friends, likes to read, go for walks, and enjoys the Florida lifestyle.
