Kim Cook - Client Service Manager
Kim Cook joined the SBDP team in 2023 as a Client Service Manager where she serves as the client point of contact for document requests, deliverables, scheduling and client database management. She uses her skills to effectively communicate with the clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to meet expectations.
Kim has previous experience working in the mortgage service industry where she managed and performed mortgage servicing. She has worked with and volunteered her time to various non-profits and charities.
In her free time, Kim spends time with family and friends, likes to read, go for walks and enjoys the Florida lifestyle.
