Letter from our firm

November 4, 2020

To Our Valued Clients:

As Florida has moved into Phase III of the Plan for Florida’s Recovery, we want to keep you informed about our plans:

  1. We are working. Some of us are back in the office full-time, while others continue to work from home some days. We are used to working with electronic records. Your records are digital and are accessible to our staff no matter where they are located.

  2. Our main switchboard is open and you can call our staff directly at their regular extensions.  Email, video conference and other electronic communications remain in use.

  3. We are now scheduling in-person appointments.  Masks are required.

  4. Our front door will remain locked and we will limit the traffic in our office.

  5. We continue to use our mail slot for documents to be dropped off and encourage you to send your information to us electronically.

The CDC continues to recommend that businesses follow appropriate social distance and sanitation measures and limit groups. SBDP continues to follow CDC recommendations.

We know that each of you are facing your own challenges based on the impact of COVID-19 on workplaces, schools, and family circumstances. Please let us know if there is any way that the SBDP team can assist you at this time.

Thank you for allowing us to be your trusted advisors,
